Theraposture is a family-run business that has been the UK’s leading supplier of bespoke, hand-built adjustable beds, chairs and care cots since 1981. Its care cots and power-adjusted Theracare beds both enhance comfort, safety and wellbeing for young disabled individuals and greatly assist those offering care. All Theraposture products are individually assessed and are backed up by a suitability guarantee and a fully inclusive warranty giving complete peace of mind.

Once again, Theraposture will be working with Symmetrikit Postural Care at Kidz Scotland so that visitors can see total sleeping solutions – adjustable care cots and beds combined with individualised postural support systems. On stand B1, Theraposture will be demonstrating two recently introduced solutions – the fully modular Mascot Mark 2 paediatric cot and pioneering new Safe-T Bed, the latter showcased with a Symmetrikit sleep system. A 135cm high padded Hannah cot will also be available on stand B1. Symmetrikit’s stand, E18, will display a popular Theracare Low adjustable bed from Theraposture, combined once more with a Symmetrikit sleep system.

Liam Braddell, Theraposture Sales Director commented: “I am delighted to say that Kidz South was a significant success for both Theraposture and Symmetrikit and we plan to repeat this achievement at Kidz Scotland. Exhibiting together with Symmetrikit provides a unique opportunity to see how our products can be united to provide the perfect, individualised bed for a disabled child. Together they assist with maintaining correct posture along with delivering other essential benefits such as safety and reassurance for children. Powered height adjustment of our cots and beds also ensures safe working heights for parents and carers so back and muscle injury is minimised – critical for day-to-day care. We look forward to another busy show and we will also be supporting the charity Newlife as ever throughout the event.”

Dominic Bowen, Symmetrikit Sales Director added: “We have been long standing supporters of the Kidz events and believe they are the ideal platform to demonstrate our postural solutions to families with disabled children. Our decision to work with Theraposture at these exhibitions has proved to be

advantageous both for potential customers and our businesses. The Theraposture Theracare Low bed, with a Symmetrikit sleep system, will be demonstrated again at Scotland and we feel confident it will produce high levels of enquiries once more.”
