    Hi everyone,

I wanted to let you all know about the upcoming free wills and trusts events that Mencap are organising in September in the South Central region. These seminars will take place at the following locations:

    Tuesday 23rd September, 12.30pm - 2.30pm
Wycliffe Baptist Church - The Warehouse, New Room, 1a Cumberland Road, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 3LB

    Wednesday 24th September, 6.30pm - 8.30pm
Citifaith International Church, 38 - 40 Regent Street, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN1 1JL* DUE TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED *
    Thursday 25th September, 6.30pm - 8.30pm
Cathedral Discovery Centre, St Edmund House, Edinburgh Road, Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO1 3QA

The seminars will be presented by a specialist legal professional who will talk at the event about how best to leave money behind to someone with a learning disability. The event is free and it is a great opportunity for families and carers to get straightforward, face-to-face advice.

Making a will is something you tend to put off or don't even think about it.

Having seen this thread and checked out who kops the lot if I start pushing up daises next week - my mother will be pleased as she gets the lot.

That would really be stupid so I need to make a will and spread my wealth to friends, cousins and nieces.

I did actually make a will after my divorce but it seems I have outlived the people I left it too - so that is novel.

Here's another link to a free will making service if you can't wait for men cap tour to reach your area.

Now who's in my good books today!!
