    Quick question on ESA form

Have just about broken the back of the ESA form and just need to go through it with my daughter as it is about her not me.

Have noticed there is nowhere to put what help is needed with showering etc?
Is this only needed for PIP.
Or am I missing where it should go.?
    Thanks in advance

Showering and so on are relevant to PIP, but not ESA. ESA is nominally about tasks relevant to the workplace, whereas PIP is about the basics of daily life.

Whether anyone will give a job to an unwashed disabled person is debatable!

    Well it's completed and scanned!
Just need a large brown envelope now as the one from ATOS isn't big enough
Most of it is in bullets as I had to type it out.
It will go in the post box tomorrow.
What's the waiting time like please?

Make sure you at least get a proof of posting although recorded is much better.

The waiting time after submitting an ESA50 is really unpredictable. It might be that a decision is made without face to face assessment in a few weeks, or there may be a wait of many months (maybe even around a year) before the process is complete.

With our luck it will probably be a face to face and then one big fight to get her where she should be.
I will post when we have the result!

You've done what you can - now sit back and be gentle on yourselves, as it's a demanding task filling in these forms. My love and best wishes to you both.

Thank you Flymo even with the consultants letter I still feel we could have a struggle on our hands.
