    There's nothing to apologise for. Any of us could hit rock bottom and need to cry out. It's not your fault that you were unwell and that your health problems had made you do something that wasn't very rational but is completely understandable.

    I think you can see that we were concerned only about your well being. I hope you're on the mend now.
