    Online support to find work

I've been working as an Employment Advisor for Remploy for 6 years - helping disabled people to find work and now (this week) they have launched a new online service to support even more people. I've taken on an additional role as an online iAdvisor - answering online queries on areas relating to employment and supporting people online in their journey into employment. The service offers CV and Cover Letter support as well as guidance on Applications and Interviews. As everything is online - this means that anyone with hearing loss as well as British Sign Language users can avoid the sometimes long-winded process of finding an interpreting service to use in order to attend a meeting or appointment with an employment agency or careers advisor etc. They can have an instant conversation via the Live Chat function with an online iAdvisor and get their question answered or the support they want.
Please take a look at the website:

Or have a chat with one of our iA dvisors and see how we can help you get the job/career you want.
iAdvisors are available 8am-12midnight Monday to Friday and 10am-4pm Saturday and Sunday.

The link works for me in Firefox 29 on Windows 7 SP1. If you want the ultimate redirection point for that link within the Remploy site, click here.

It's really great to see services like this available as there it isn't always easy to find help otherwise!
I've used the iRemploy site and found it to be really great -loads of useful stuff to read through but the online advisors really know their stuff too, well worth a visit!

Remploy's online service - iRemploy has only been up and running for 3 weeks and already they have had news of a customer gaining employment following some online support with interview techniques from an iAdvisor!!!!

The iRemploy online service is designed to support people on their journey into employment. We have a great deal of information and resources available including support with CVs, Cover letters, applications and interviews. We also have online workshops available on such topics as Confidence, communication and taking a positive approach as well as practice/mock interviews. We also have online iAdvisors available to chat with you Monday to Friday 8am-12 midnight and Saturday and Sunday 10am – 4pm.

Please take a look for yourself at https://remploy.co.uk/individuals

And get the support you need to get the job you want!

And don't forget folks there's also a company that's run and controlled by disabled people called 'Breakthrough UK' - based in Manchester and Liverpool.

It offers one-to-one support before, during and after you start work.

Give them a call - you know it makes sense.
