recommend a 7 seater tow car.

Hi guys can anyone recommend a 7 seater tow car, I really wanted the citroen grand piccaso exclusive + it's the 115 hp airdream but I think this will be under powered to pull our 1300kg caravan.

The next engine up is the blue hdi 150 and I think this would be perfect but 2k AP is to much for me atm.

I think you're going to struggle finding anything in your budget, if it was a 5-seater then you'd have a lot more choice but there are barely any 7 seaters on the scheme to choose from (under £2k).

    I'll have a think though.

Thanks Paul. Had a word with Ford this morning and they have knocked £500 off the AP on all fords.

Even though the Kuga is a 5 seater it's tempeting with a AP of £1500 for the 4x4 titanium x.

    Mitsuibishi Outlander?

    Ford S Max?

Also the Ford Tourneo Connect will be on the scheme soon and the 7 seat version starts at £16k so it should be priced with a reasonable AP.

I'm looking forward to seeing the Tourneo in real life, by the look of the magazine articles it looks like a promising replacement for my CMax.

Thanks for the links Breaking Back, I'm quite impressed with the Outlander but I doubt their economy figure is really 52.3mpg.

You could go for the VW Touran at £1399 adv payment.

The Touran is a fine car, good AP too.

Thanks guys I will have a look at the Outlander but I think the Touran with the AP of £1399 won't be powerful enough for the caravan.
