    do not use this company for buying and equipment

    Hi all I had surgery on Tuesday and I needed a booster cushion for helping out of chair at home. I ordered one on 13/01/14 from the complete care shop found on google the product never arrived I contacted them and said out of stock but did not say on website. Then said product came in end of last week. Said be dispatched urgently Monday today still no product. Contacted them still out of stock so I've now demanded a refund. I told them id tell this forum not to use them and told them such bad customer service to such a vunerable group of people reliant on companies such as them.

    Just wanted to arm you all site looks great but I don't now believe they stock products advertised

    I can also confirm this company leaves a lot to be desired. Not impressed with them.

    Update on my dealings with them.
    I was assured the item ordered would be with me by today. No sign of it so I rang again today to ask where it was to be told it wasn't in stock and would now be delivered on Monday......... Funny enough I don't believe them.

    Not surprised Cornwall I'm still awaiting a full refund!!

    If my good don't arrive by 5pm Monday then I will report them to trading standards.

    Have you tried to speak to them on phone? They couldn't get me off phone quick enough

    Yes I have and the story changes each time I speak to them. Last person was very rude though.

    Update,
    As a refund seemed beyond their capabilities, I sent a polite email saying they had until yesterday to pay the money owed.
    Within an hour I had a phone call offering apologies and saying none of this should happen. Have to say the lady who rang was lovely and I accepted her apology. Lady also explained that she had gone straight over to accounts and insisted the money was refunded then and there and as it takes a day or 2 to show on my account it should be with me today.
    Today came and the money has been paid into my account.

    I for one wont ever shop with them again but at least I had an apology and also received monies owed.
