is a consumer research charity that tests products and services to see how easy they are to use for older, deaf and disabled people. To help with this, we have a national Consumer Research Panel.

If you join the panel, we will take your details and contact you with opportunities to take part in our independent research.
All your details will be kept in the strictest confidence and not shared with anyone elsse.

Types of research we might contact you about include:

• Mystery shopping
• Usability testing products (in London or Milton Keynes)
• Surveys and questionnaires
• Focus groups

You can specify what you’d like to do and how far you’re willing to travel.

You may not hear from us for a while after signing up to the panel – it depends on what work becomes available in your area.

We cover your time and expenses. For example, our current set payments for mystery shopping (currently £40 for a shop visit or home visit, £20 for a phone call). Payments for other types of research will be set at the time depending on the project.

To join the panel, please fill in our detailed registration form.
It normally takes 30-40 minutes to complete.

We do ask you some personal questions in the registration form about disability.
This is so we can be sure to match you to the right kind of research.
