    Question regarding dla form

Hi all an new here have a question to ask if anyone can help will be much appreciated.

I'm filling in the dla434 child form. They sent it to me this time as my son will soon be 3 years old
But he still has 5 months till March to be 3
So on the form do I tick the box where it says aged 3 or over or not.
But that's why I got the form so am a little confused coz if I say he is but he won't be 3.

Thanks in advance If I get any replies

You could tick the box and write beside that box that he will be age 3 in March 14. They've possibly sent the form out early to get ahead of themselves. Bless 'em - not!

In normal circumstances they would read his date of birth and figure it out for themselves. But, as we all know, the DWP do not always pay attention to details and information on the forms!!
I would agree with ivb, and put a note next to the box explaining he will be 3 in March.
The forms are a bit of a nightmare, lol.

If in Doubt about any question on the DLA Form go and ask CAB as they can advise you and even help you with the whole of the application.

    Thanks to all who replied
And yes I did as ivb said wrote a small amount of text explaining.
Also just sent it out recorded to avoid any problem that they did not receive it.

Again thanks to all for the quick replies
