News universal credit delayed indefinitely and as for the dla to PIP here is the qoute from channel 4 news
'Originally all 3.3m disability living allowance claimants were due to be on the new system at the beginning of October before being moved to the end of the month, there is now no set rollout date on the reform going through.'

You would think that channel 4 would do some research on an article like this.

No they weren't and never were. October was always the start of the transfer not the end.
The media, has from the start made false claims that these changes were to be almost overnight and drastic.
But the changes are not as profitable or easy as the incompetent government had hoped.

IDS said that Universal Credit was made to get you used to monthly payments as most firms now pay monthly, fair enough. But most firms
pay a lot more than welfare benefit (1400 afte tax etc. per month on avg) where as some one on benefits get approx 1100 (thats
including housing benefit). So I pressume we are all going to get a 300 per month increase to help us get used to working.
