    Bedroom Tax Appeal Successes at the First Tier Tribunal.

    There have been a number of recent successful Bedroom Tax appeals.

    Three of them have been on grounds of Disability Discrimination, as the couple cannot share a bedroom due to disability.

    Glasgow, Redcar and Cleveland and Hereford. The page below is updated as the appeals happen.
