Bedroom Tax to be challenged in the Court of Appeal

The failed Judicial Review cases of July 2013 have been given the right to challenge the decision in The Court of Appeal, as they have a "Reasonable prospect of success".

    Interesting. I hope they win.

Meanwhile, I carry on paying the tax on my spare bedroom....

I think the govt. should reintroduce the 'window tax' on mansions, originally introduced to catch wealthy tax dodgers and make them pay something, rather than nothing.... however, I won't hold my breath as most govt. ministers not only have huge houses, but also own more than one!
And nobody asks them how many bedrooms they have.....
