Invitation to attend the launch event of The Black Country Neurological Alliance

Saturday 14th September 2013 10.00am – 2.00pm
Sandwell Council House Freeth Street Oldbury B69 3DE

In the Black Country today, thousands of lives have been devastated because of neurological conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, Epilepsy Motor Neurone Disease or an acquired brain injury.

The Black Country Neurological Alliance is a new organisation led by people who have been affected directly and indirectly by such conditions. It is affiliated to the National Neurological Alliance and is supported by leading neurological charities such as; Parkinson’s UK, MS Society, Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association, Epilepsy Action and Headway in the Black Country.

Our sole purpose is to improve access to neurology services for all patients and carers in #Dudley, #Sandwell, #Walsall and #Wolverhampton. As a User-Led group covering some ninety-five different neurological conditions, we want to encourage the participation of those who have direct experience of such conditions, and to use their experience to help us ensure we have the best available services across the whole of the Black Country.

Booking in advance is required as refreshments including a buffet lunch will be provided. For further information and to reserve your place(s) please email
