    Southport Flower Show

Just decided to take off to the seaside. Just parked up in Southport near the flier show. £5 to park up for blue badge holders. It 's cloudy but bright and do far dry . I haven't got a ticket or pre booked a scooter so it might be a very short trip if they are all booked out !

Well I'm in. Got in for free and £7 for electric scooter hire. Time to explore!

I see my photos have been approved. I asked the man wearing leg irons if he was a stilt walker - it's for use by plasterers. Having seen a first class plasterer working alone on an entire room I'd question there use as
    - sheeting is on floor - trip hazard
    - plasterers use a four foot long alluvium elevated plank to walk along. After that distance they get off the plank and top up there trowel with more plaster from a giant plastic bucket - how can he reload his trowel
    - if he stumbles he can't touch any walls as he'll ruin his work
    - seems more trouble than they are worth and unsafe

I didn't tell him this but I did ask him to wave before he fell off backwards - only kidding!
