Hi, I can't remember whether the one in the shopping centre is upstairs, but I think I struggled to find the toilets myself, but be warned as of last year nearly everyone was waiting for one glass lift to the car park and upper shopping floor. I believe Debenhams were getting a lift installed, and modifications might being made to the car park lift, but be aware you may find yourself waiting, as I don't know whether they'd give much pirority to wheelchair / disabled users as the number of buggies I saw last time was 5-6 long or more, and a lot of people were resoritng to the platform lift in Next to get around the problem, and that queue ended up going out the door, of the sho.
