I'm having a good day and now got to get ready for work!

I don't know, sometimes its just not fair this thing we call life, yesterday dreadful day, and the sun was shining and i felt too tired and blah to do anything, today I was up at 5 am and doing bits and pieces and now about to get ready for work. It's such a lovely day and definately one which I could at least sit in the garden to enjoy. However I have to go to work! I know I really should be grateful that a good day coincides with a work day as I have to go either way but it just seems. well BLEH !!

Apparently Father Ted was to be re-made for the American market. The project never materialised. Probably for the better. The Yanks would never have got the joke and the God Squad would have been up in arms.

So sad Dermot died young. He was uber talented.

"TED: Dougal, how did you get into the church in the first place? Was it, like, "collect twelve crisp packets and become a priest?"

If it rolled in USA, the British humour would be lost, and that's what makes this series great.
