You might want to record for yourself (in addition to the ATOS recording), AIUI, many people are returning home with blank CDs

Great news that the Tribunal found the right result, but have you considered making a complaint about the HCP? Being caught lying in their report is a serious matter, and they might go on to do it with someone else who doesn't have the means to record their 'medical'.

I did ask my CAB about recording assessments (if it came to that). Requests for ATOS to record you have to be made in advance of the session. If you are given permission to record using your own equipment you can. if you do it without written permission it is not only not permissable as evident at a tribunal, it is class as gross misconduct and you forfeit your claim. Also normal domestic / office voice recorders are pointless if you want to use the recording in a tribunal. You need twin recordings (like PACE) so that you can give the assessor a copy

Bloody convoluted and (deliberately) complicated legislation and benefits policy means you need to be a amateur barrister
