Yup. She has 2 eyes after all!
It was an interesting programme, although not what i had expected.
It kinda put into perspective the bother i found myself in a couple of weeks ago after deciding i wasn't taking my tramadol any more, the side-effects were difficult to deal with. The effect of not taking them for 2 days was even worse!

Just watched it. Yes, definitely Trish, you can't mistake those eyes lol. I am sure I remember somewhere on the forum, CL mentioned she used to be a Health & Safety Exec for a large corporation.
Very interesting topic.
yes just watched it, don't we all wish we were like Hannah, pity they didn't focus more on how they were helping fatigue but then it was called pain in wales... duh!
I didn't recognise her at all, from the eyes or from her situation she described here.
Oh well as she's left I suppose we will never know now.
yes such a lovely woman and wow did you see the bike she use to ride I think the fatigue can be helped by a course called GET gradual exercise training but all depends on why your fatigued me i suffer with CFS but also with malnutrion so and also chronic pain can cause fatigue so my DR dosn't think it would help me but studies have shown that GET can help those with mild to moderate CFS/ME.I have also been on a pain management course which is a combanation of pyshio and self hypnosis relaxation ect it's help a bit the exercises are really gentle stretches and movements
