    Unhappy Bath lift

I am 75 and have purchased a bath knight bath lift, it is complete but it was dismantled by an electriction who said it could be fitted by any competent electriction, unfortunately he is no longer available. I phoned up Bath Knight and asked for a wiring diagram I was refused, and said that to fit it would cost £150 +, a friend said he had his fitted by them and it cost him £500 by the time all the extras were added on. can anybody help by way of a diagram of the wiring etc.

You could try and contact your local Remap panel to see if one of their volunteers is able to help reassemble the bath lift. However, they may not be willing to do this because of it involving electrics in the bathroom. For further information visit Remap's website.
