There is a piece of software called Dragon Naturally Speaking. There are various versions, ranging in price from about £20 to over £100. You could find a used version on eBay, or other auction website.
Are you using a PC, as I haven't seen a version of Dragon for a Mac.
I haven't any experience of the software but others here may.
