When i ordred the Qashqai 360, i was told that because no mods were needed, i would get car middle of april, Guess what my date has been pushed back a month, so is it just the leaser that has a contract or is it Nissan as well, if i get to mid May and they try it again i will tell them i want to take my Buisness elseware, it is no good telling tales just to get a signature.

had same problem when i first joined mobility, ordered from renault dealer and was told that they could have the car by four weeks so i went ahead with order, then recieved a phone call two weeks later saying the car would not be in for six weeks, about 4/5 weeks later another call from dealer telling me car delayed again and it would be another four weeks . At this stage i had enough and cancelled the order with that dealer,[eventually decided on a ford and had no problems with that dealer.

Wonder if this had anything with "ALL" Nissen orders being put back a month. I heard on the news this morning that over 50.000 Nissen vehicles have been recalled because of defective Airbags, if so then i can not see me getting my vehicle by mid May, If it is because of this i have had my vehicle put back then i would rather i was told.
Anyway i will cancel of it gets put back again, they never even phoned to say about it, i phoned them and they said "Oh sorry" that's it.

Sorry to hear that. I had no problems with my dealer, he said up front it'd be about 12 weeks and it came in a couple of days early.

I've been pretty lucky also. I joked about wanting the first car on the 1st of March last year. I took delivery at 9am on 1st March. There was a minor delay so I drove out around 10.45am feeling very fortunate. I'd be completely housebound if I didn't have my car

You could check when the dealer placed the order, as sometimes they are naughty and leave them for the end of the month so they go towards their bonus.

Both the Ford & Nissan Motability specialists let me see the screen when they ordered the cars, and thus I could see the predicted delivery dates.
    Motability Car History
05/09-05/12; Nissan Qashqai 1.5 Diesel Tekna; 36,500 miles; avg 41.1mpg
    06/12-07/15; Ford C-Max 2.0 Diesel Titanium Powershift; 35,400 miles; avg 37.8mpg
    07/15-09/17; Skoda Octavia 1.6 Diesel SE-L DSG; 28,200miles; avg 43.9mpg
    09/17-Present; VW Touran 1.4 Petrol SEL DSG; 11,600miles; avg 35.9mpg (28.6 - 43.9mpg)

Paul so if they have placed the order then they would have an "Expected delivery date" and not just a "About the middle of April or about the middle of May" am to ask what the exact expected date is, or is the "ABout" good enough.
    Thanks

They should have some sort of expected delivery date, yes. My expected delivery date was given to me on my order form (and receipt), they beat that date by a week.

Hmm found the single sheet of paper given when signed the paperwork for the car, at top right in a box it states "ASAP", this is not what i was told.

Gave Allen Nissan Dunstable a call this morning, surprise surprise, the girl that won me over with the QQ 360, was not in and nobody else had access to "Her" computer there for nobody would be able to tell me the Delivery date, never mind Mr Ryan i will get the Manager to give you a call, Guess what, correct, no call.
Told them i need the car before the 19th of April or i will cancel, if they had been straight then i would have been ok, but with the way us disabled are now being seen, i feel that we are pushed to the back, ok but i would rather not have to see the smiling faces of them that speak down as if we are children.
Am i being overly paranoid on this.

I have a whole day free from other calls, will harass them all day lol.
