    Could someone help me with a question please

    Hi there could some one please help me i receive Higher Rate Mobility and paid a advance payment for my new mobility car of 3k do you know if I loose my award will i loose my advance payment or would i get some of it back ? many thanks people

    I believe you'll get it back on a pro rata basis. So if, for example, you were no longer eligible for Motability after 2 years you'd receive a refund of one third.

    Yes, Rae is correct.

    You'll get a pro-rata refund of your AP only - this does not include any options you may add.
