personal pension

my husband is on esa and gets a personal pension his esa is reduced because of this
he had a pension increase in april we sent the details to dwp signed for delivery and again normal post
he has not had a decrease as yet in his esa
it should be £2.65 per week less so he has now been overpaid by about £20.00 he is due another on friday
if it dosent go down would you ring them?

If it hasn't changed by next payment then I'd give them a ring just to be sure, helps to stop them claiming that you didn't tell them.

Make a cup of tea (or something stronger) and a sandwich before you sit down and have the phone stuck to you ear on hold for ages.
