    A tribunal couldn't deal with a discrimination claim so that wouldn't happen.

    The 10 Xmas bonus is only paid with Contribution Based benefits.

    UC is Income Realated so does not get it.

    Are you sure about that as I've always had the 10 bonus and def not on contribution based benefits?

    I heard they will get the 10 this year as a one off because of the 20 loss.

    The 10 bonus is also given if you receive DLA, PIP or AA.

    Yes sorry, I should have said 'non-means tested' benefits.
    Which also includes Carers Allowance, Incapacity Benefit (long term), and State Pension.

    PM plans to let ministers throw out legal rulings.

    Democracy is almost dead in this country ????

    Even if they decide to give back dated payment to legacy benefits in Jan you wont see a penny until late spring
