Anytime anybody is rude, it makes me double-check my own behaviour to make sure I don't do that to other people.

My last PIP assessment6 was by phone. Much better than a f2f & the lady assessor (Capita) was quite human too !
I realise assessments can be as different as chalk & cheese, but just take it in your stride & be honest.
