Had a day of not being able to move much yesterday so spent the day on the computer and decided to chase my backpayment, i added a note to my journal at 10am asking if it could be looked into. At 4pm i had a message added to journal to say they were looking at how much they owed me and hoped they would be able to reply by the end of the working day. At 5pm i got another message saying they owed me just over £1000 and it would be in my bank account shortly. I checked my account and there it was.
Thanks.
They can get their fingers out sometimes.
They have announced that they have now recruited another 10,000 work coaches which should help - for UC at least.

Just to ask did you use the to-do or the payments section of your jounal?
Enjoy your backpay.
I don't know everything. - But I'm good at searching for, and finding, stuff.
Migration from ESA to Universal Credit- Click here for information.
i added an entry on my journal by selecting the payments box in the menu
Thanks for that,
I've been told in the past that when quering payments/backpayments using the payments section gets faster results than the to-do which is for more general questions.
(I didn't know that it was now a menu option 'box' rather than a 'page' of it's own).

yes, if you click on journal, then add a journal entry it gives you seven options of what your entry is about.
A payment,
A change,
An appointment,
Job applications,
Add a work search note,
A message for my work coach,
Service issues.
