    Benefit overpayment because your mum gives you groceries. (Holland).

    You think the DWP are bad?

    Following the recent Dutch scandal about child benefit it has emerged that a woman was told to pay back €7,000 by her local council because her mother had been giving her a bag of groceries every week.
    And the council was acting in accordance with their laws.

    The Dutch are now changing their law to stop this happening
