Most statutory provision of buggies and wheelchairs is carried out by the NHS wheelchair service, on a district-wide basis.The wheelchair service are able to provide a wide range of wheelchairs, buggies, supportive seating and cushions.you can did it
I'd call them and ask. It would save yourself a few bob if it was already provided.
