Stuck for words you Nuke never
Covid: Gap between Pfizer vaccine doses should be halved, say doctors:

Been jabbed, it was the Pfizer one. Reading the paperwork it says that if you have a low immune system, which hubby has due to his Lymphoma it doesn't give very much protection. Why bother under those circumstances although I suppose some is better than none.
Pleased you & hubby have had yours, some protection is better than none. I wonder if that's the same for any vaccine or just this one.
That is a thought, wonder if the same applies to the flu vaccine?
We are now on a very long road to freedom with no real end in sight.
That's exactly what I was thinking, though I think this vaccine is different to vaccines before I just can't think of what it was for the mo. I think Nuke has mentioned it before.
Yes it works in a different way.
From the first post in this thread:
This particular Covid vaccine is a new type of vaccine which works in a different way to previous vaccines.
It's an RNA modifying vaccine, a type never released for general use before now.
This explanation is not too technical: RNA vaccines: an introduction (University of Cambridge).

Thanks Nuke, also they said a while ago that for people who have very low immune systems they are working on an antibody vaccine that people who can't have these vaccines because their immune systems are too low they will be able to have that one, though I haven't heard anything about that one for a long time
The one thing I don't agree with.
I was surprised to be given a coat sticker that said I have had the Covid vaccination. Something else that hasn't been thought through very well. If anyone sees that it will make some less inclined to be cautious around you, plus, what a waste of money that could be put to better use.
