Anyone else have problems with the Liverpool based NHS wheelchair maintenance company Rosscare? They have visited me so many times with the wrong parts I’m starting to suspect it’s a scam by the visiting engineer to charge the NHS for callouts and keep jobs going that would have been sorted first visit by eg RGK or Bromakin.

I may have just had a bad run of incompetence but some simple jobs have run on months, one giving me severe back problems. No commercial company could afford to run a business this way but to ”customers” with no financial say in the matter and the NHS footing the bill Rosscare seem able to get away with terrible professional service/standards.

Is this just my experience of Rosscare or is this common to others? If it's common this drain on the NHS needs reporting but I need to know if the problem is general or just my experience.
