How to start a new thread.

To start your own new threads:

1. Click on "Forum" in the menu bar at the top of the page.
   
2. Pick which forum bests suits your question. (Usually "Benefits -help & advice......").
3. Click on the big blue "+Post New Thread".
4. Enter a Title of your new thread - Make it relevent so people can see what the tread is about generally. (Required for new threads).
5. Enter your Question in the main editor box.
6. You can click the 'Preview Post' button to see how it will appear to others.
7. When you are happy with what you have entered then click the 'Submit New Thread' button.

(These attachments show clips of the process - they may take a while to show up).
