I'm thinking of changing my daughter to PA's from care agency.
I have been told it can work out more hours - but

Having looked into it as an employer she has to

Pay holiday money and then money for another PA to cover
Pay sick pay and then money for another PA to cover

Plus I suppose the company who would be dealing with the transactions etc ( I am now 70 years old and thinking this would be the best way to keep things ticking over should I take ill )

I am presuming money has to be saved from her D.P. for this and having done some calculating can't quite see how she would get that many more hours.

How do others using PA's find this works?

As a ps we already have two people interested who we know - both wanting 16 hrs per week
