Disability discrimination claim
Im classed as having a mental and physical disability under equality act 2010 and today had to take the stand at an employment tribunal but my late application was not granted due to my inconsistance on the stand due to my memory and mental health I could cope .should I have taken the stand surely I'm not a credible witness with my disability? Please help I really want to appeal against the tribunals decision as I feel I've not been treated fairly anyone out there no anything on this subject please help :-((((
