This is brilliant. - It's a survey asking for people's opinions on the state of the system re. the work capability assessment. (it may have helped if you had given a quick idea of subject). Although it is asking specific questions, I think EVERYBODY should send off a reply to it with whatever comment they wish to make. You will need to do it as soon as possible. With the recent press publicity on the subject, we all need to make as much noise as we can. The ESA system is ridiculous and wrong, and they will only think about changing it if we all SHOUT at them!
