PIP assessment soon following High Court ruling

I have a PIP assessment on the 25th and have mental health problems. The government has announced today that it will not challenge the High Court ruling saying the changes made in March relating to 'psychological distress' are unlawful.

I have read that this should be taken as the government accepting the changes need to be reversed - does this mean it will be possible to be given points for mobility problems relating to mental health at my assessment?
