The Department for Transportation has published its consultation on accessibility of public transportation. The draft Accessibility Action Plan aims to both gain an understanding of the barriers individuals face when using transportation, as well as makes a series of proposals about their plans to improve services.

DLF, alongside Shaw Trust, are eager to gather insight from individuals about their experiences where transport can be an enabler or hindrance to leading independent lives. We are looking for personal stories and experiences.

The survey will mostly consist of a space for you to share your experiences, which we can feed back to government. All answers are completely anonymous.
