    Problems with forum pages loading

    Hello guys. What's going on with the site, every page is taking 50-60 seconds to load and sometimes longer.
    Near impossible to read the forum at all now.
    Anyone else having problems.

    Lighttouch reported this problem yesterday.
    http://www.youreable.com/forums/show...ser-version-11

    From his thread, and from the responses here, it seems it's a problem with Safari browser on Apple machines. (Not sure if its affecting Safari on windows as well?)

    Using another browser seems to avoid whatever the problem is.

    Safari can can have slow page loading problems, you might want to try these fixes:

    This ones a bit more technical:

    I'm guessing here, but it may be the new advertising.

    It links to googleads, so may be filling up you cache and cookies which will get cleared when you delete the history.

    You might want to look at CCleaner or similar.
    I run CCleaner everytime I finish using the computer for the day to clear all that crap out.
    (CCleaner = Crap-Cleaner).
    Don't touch the registry cleaner, unless you know what you are doing it can turn your computer into a brick.
    Just use the standard cleaner bit.
    {I no longer recommend this programme}

    Bingo. I cleared my History and that's increased the speed to just two seconds to jump to another link. It should be instant but a vast improvement thanks nukecad.
