All paperwork has been passed onto my local Councillor now as he knows someone who can do this for me. Quite a relief as didn’t have the mental capacity to do this, after having this happen twice now.
Nukecad - for further information I have had my email forwarded by the SEG team as the complaints email address for people living in Surrey and Sussex has now changed - it is -
SURREYANDSUSSEX.OPERATIONSCORRESPOND...M@DWP.G OV.UK
sorry I don't know why the email address has been abbreviated - it should read CORRESPONDENCETEAM
Thanks for that info, I'll change it in the main listing.
It's the forum software that truncates links like that, it only shows so many characters in a link.
I suspect that the DWP change them if/when they start to get too many 'normal' emails that aren't really for the complaints team.

Sorry Nukecad - but the above email is ONLY for people in surrey and sussex - the other counties are still served by the old email SEG...….
AH, thanks again.
(Bugger, I just changed it, I'll have to see if I've still got the old one somewhere).

Thanks,
I've popped out for a while, I'll sort it out when I get home again.

for your info - the SEG email address no longer contains the 'GSI' bit, although it clearly still works since my email went to them
