I know what you mean,
but by talking about ESA, which they no longer do, you gave them an excuse to answer that and convienently ignore the rest.

Try again but leave out any mention of ESA and just complain about the DLA-PIP.

All paperwork has been passed onto my local Councillor now as he knows someone who can do this for me. Quite a relief as didn’t have the mental capacity to do this, after having this happen twice now.

Thanks for that info, I'll change it in the main listing.

It's the forum software that truncates links like that, it only shows so many characters in a link.

I suspect that the DWP change them if/when they start to get too many 'normal' emails that aren't really for the complaints team.

for your info - the SEG email address no longer contains the 'GSI' bit, although it clearly still works since my email went to them
