My boiler is on it's last legs and being 23 years old it's not surprising , I'm disabled and on pip my wife works part time . Is there any grants which could help with the finance for a new boiler , thanks

You could take a look here. I believe some assistance is available but sorry I haven't had time to investigate.

The Government Green Deal initiative has ended, this use to pay for things such as boilers if you were eligible. Some providers still fund such things. Beware however as costs may be added to future bills.
There may be better options open that others on here are aware of.

No single thing can define me; not my work, not my politics, not my hobbies, not my vices and not my disability. I'm way more complex than that!
One of my relatives has just had a new boiler provided and fitted free of charge so obviously grants are available somewhere.
We had warmfront/homefront grant to fit ours.I can't remember the name but I don't think DLA qualifies you these days .Low income and Pension credit might.
Have you looked at these 2?

I don't know everything. - But I'm good at searching for, and finding, stuff.
