I was in ESA support group when i started self employed permitted work in may last year.
In Sept I changed to wrag ESA group following assessment.
Does my one year limit start as of Sept when i changed to work related? or is the one year limit scrapped?
The one year limit for permitted work in WRAG no longer applies, as from 3rd April 2017.
You can do permitted work for as long as you like now.
And as from 3rd April the earnings limit is now £120/week after deductions. (16x Nationial minimum wage).
