Dyslexic, how do you see it?

Rasy started it the other week, in the thread "Barking to Gospel Oak Railway line"
As someone who is mildly dyslexic and ASD I immediately interpreted this wrongly as "Dogs barking to gospel singers line"
I kept looking at this thread title today-
"Epidural in the lumber region of the spine to relieve pain"

    and still kept seeing-
"Equatorial lumber region and the spies..."

Maybe a thread about rainforest destruction?

Anybody else read things on this forum (or elsewhere) amusingly wrong at times?
I don't know everything. - But I'm good at searching for, and finding, stuff.

Where I live you often see signs saying" shopfitters required", which I always see as " shoplifters required"

As a youngster I used to refer to 'crown green bowling' as crown bowl greening - sounds better to me!

And I use to have to think carefully before saying 'car parking' otherwise I'd say 'par carking'!

My nephew has dyslexia and I am his best friend. I help him tackle it by giving him enough time (they normally take time). I remove all kinds of distractions and break down their assignments to smaller tasks. I am aware of the fact that they need frequent breaks.

Just read "Atos re pip"as a new thread title.

Having some difficulties with headlines, I read it as "Atos rip"

    Maybe that's just wishful thinking!!!!
    Just call me Rasy
