When to use this Reasonable Adjustment
You can only provide personal data by e-mail (as a reasonable adjustment for a
disabled customer) in the following situation:
The disabled customer has requested that personal data is e-mailed to them as a
reasonable adjustment. Note: requesting communications via e-mail must be for a valid
reason which relates to the individual’s disability, i.e. they find it more difficult or are
unable to communicate and use our services through usual communication and contact
routes, for example, written letter because of their disability, for example they are
visually impaired.
