    That's me though.....as subtle as a sledge hammer.....hope the physio is going ok and your back up dancing soon.

    I am off to physio this afternoon
    There are about eight of us in the gym
    No music
    We all wonder about silently each following our on individual plan
    It's a bit grim
    Would be soo much better with music

    Can you not use a personal stereo/iPod/your phone?

    Maybe if you asked they would let you play it out loud for everyones benefit.
    It could be they just hadn't though about it, or are short of money to get their own player?

    Realised today that they do actually have music playing,just very quietly
    It's a very large room,and really needs it to be up loud
    Also playing rubbish,very sugary pop
    Would much have preferred flowerangelx choice

    Nothing worse than being force-fed someone else's choice of music. Do as suggested, use earphones.
