we are a married couple i am on incapacity benefit and income support getting £147.05 per week

i am due atos medical in couple of weeks if i dont pass medical and i appeal

what benefit would i be put on and how much per week would i receive

do you stiil get payed income support

If you go on to appeal, you must ask to be put on the assessment rate while you await your appeal, that is 67 pound.

the £67 would be your ESA you could also claim Income support HB and maybe other benefits seek advice from cab or some other welfare help
