PIP assessor dismissed for anti-disability facebook posts.

    Do you live in Derbyshire?
Have you been refused PIP? (or got a lower award than you expected).
Did you have a home assessment?
Did your assessor tell 'falsehoods' (lies)?

You might want to contact Capita / the DWP and ask if your assesor was this woman.
And if it was ask for a review of your PIP decision.

She obviously must have done more assessments than just this one, but Capita / the DWP are saying nothing about reviewing cases she was involved in.

It also does not say if she just did home visits, or if she worked in an assessment centre as well.
Although it would be unusual to do both, the home assessors don't normally work in the centres too.

And how many other assessors make the same judgement but are not so stupid as to boast about it on FaceAche? At my wife's assessment she indicated a distance out of the window in the assessment centre, as the width of the car park that was probably 25 metres (one car parked each side with a central lane), and he wrote "indicated a distance over 50 metres". She would only have got low rate so it wasn't worth appealing.
