Pip re assesment

Hi all

I've just had my pip stopped , today I revived the letter saying why ,there seems to be either a mix up or just no one's actually read my form and my assesor didn't write down anything I said ..it's all come back like I don't have a disability, I use a wash and dry toilet and my carer has to wash me me daily as I get sore .
I can't wipe myself anymore .I can't walk more than 20 metres I'm in pain everytime I put a foot on the floor .. yet my letter says I can walk 200 metres , not a singe thing I said in the interview or in my form has been noted .. my condition is as it was last time except I'm struggling more .

Has this happened to anyone else I'm seeing welfare rights next week

But it's very upsetting nothing has been noted it even states I passed the tests even though I ha to stop due to pain .

Totally i so get it.....
My PiP report is written about someone else, it has no reflection on me period!
I'm so upset & distressed at the thought of fighting my corner for the 2nd time over the same problems in <2013> after i won my First-Tier Tribunal for a indefinite period i don't know what way to turn!
