    Changing Car

    I'm currently looking at a

Ford G CMax estate and a

    Vauxhall Zafira Tourer Estate

Can anyone tell me simply which has the largest boot space to house a power scooter hoisted into the back?

    Thanks

    Hi

I suspect with the shape of the vehicle being straighter the Zaifra with more boot depth although the ford will probably be a better drive with sharper steering.

Chair? I thought you asked with regards to a scooter? Do you know what model Rascal? They come in various sizes.........For example. mine is a Class 2 medium size pavement scooter.... yours will also have a designation, class 1,2 or 3

Sorry I think it is classed as a chair but it's different to any daughter has had before. The link below shows it - not sure of the 'class' of it.

Class 1 are manual wheelchairs, class 2 have a maximum speed of 4mph and some size limitations, and class 3 have a max speed of 8mph and must have indicators and lights. Looking at the spec, it says max 4.5 mph and doesn't have lights. I'm guessing it is a class 2 and may be restricted to 4mph for the UK market.

    Hi sea queen,
I have a Zafira Tourer, my manual chair is allways in the boot and either my scooter or my power chair are normally with it, (not both) please ask if you think I can be of any help,
    Terry.
