Ring up and request from DWP.

You can ring DWP and request a copy, but that doesn't mean they'll send it. I had my PIP f2f on 2nd March, rang and asked for the report the same week and still haven't got it a month later. I've chased it a couple of times only to be told it's still pending and waiting to be "signed off" - DWP's usual incompetence!

Ring and ask and follow up request in writing. If you are considering a mandatory reconsideration be sure to keep within the time limits !
