Records show my Pop sought counsel from this site in 29.03.2012 does anyone remember Jack Minter. he was based at Alconbury, MildenHall and Lakenheath. I would be thankful for any information as he passed over not long back and I miss him

OR click on the name Jack Minter at the side of your post.

In the screen that comes up click on 'Find latest posts'.

These go back to his first post on 29 March 2012, on the second page.

There are about 17 posts from 2012/2013.
I don't know everything. - But I'm good at searching for, and finding, stuff.

Thanks guys for your help. I have found a bit of what my Pop was doing, but every bit paints the picture.

Thank you for the kind words. Pop used to say, every man must have eternity in view and to live respected you will die regretted. I have looked at the posts he pinned on the board. As a family we are close. For Pop it was his time and I have no ill feelings of God (who or what you consider God to be) calling Pops marker in. He served his country, your country and was a good man. During his life I thought I had asked all the questions I needed of him, it is only now he is no longer here I realize that I had not. That is the sad part.Take care.

At my age the junior is not applicable however I may soon be in my second childhood. I get mail as Jack Jnr but most people in the county call me JJ Pop was John but everyone called him Jack (short for Jackson)

Personally, I don't believe in any kind of God.

I also lost my own father on the 12th January so I can relate to this so much. Everyone has questions they wish they had asked or things they had said.
