3 years ago my partners mobility was stopped and he had to appeal to court which he did. It was terrible in a proper court with proper judge and specialidt. It went on all day and he was in a lot of pain. anyway, he won his appeal and we thought that was that but no it wasnt. Now the system changed he had to go through it all over again. We decided we didnt want to appeal again due to the trauma and to be honest we havnt a clue whats what. we saw 3 different welfare rights officers last year and we came worse off every time. Its made me quiet ill to be honest. I have never been out of work in my life and i have now been on the sick for 12 months all because of this. Besides the point, some one at the social who is dealing with him and was disgusted what they have done to him and he advised him to appeal. so he sent the paperwork off and its been turned down again. my question is, this woman who did his examination in an office, touch your nose, toes ect: can she do this and over rule the judge and specialist from 3 years ago in a court? Realy need help please, thanks, carol
